Shih tzu’s Pups aged 4 and Piglet aged 6 were stolen on 13th May 2009. They are still together…the microchipping company have written as they had a change of ownership request for both the dogs…now in Darlington. Despite owner having a crime number on the dogs police are saying it is a civil matter again…how many times has this happened. New owner refuses to give them up…

Polly King Perhaps we also need to bombard MPs with letters and emails regarding this?
The police would take no action over stolen dogs in the Thames Valley area until Boris Johnson and Richard Bennion MP got involved.
