West Midlands Police going to take Tia to court, as they can’t decide which owner should keep her!

UPDATE ON TIA:- West Midlands Police can’t decide what should happen to Tia! Should TIA be returned to her Registered Microchip Owner, who has been searching for her since 14th August’11 or can the people who bought her or got her from arescue, keep her?

West Midlands Police have told Julie, Tia’s original owner, that they a taking this to the Court and Julie must produce evidence that Tia belongs to her!
