Roxie and Queenie were stolen between 12 and 2 pm today when the thieves broke down a gate to steal them. It is thought that a blue van with an Irish number plate and blacked out side and back windows may have been involved with the theft and the police are assisting the owners.

- Where Lost:- their owners property at Spofforth on the A661 Wetherby to Harrogate Road which is about 2 miles from Knaresborough .
- Lost In Region North East
- Lost In Post Area HG5
Owner’s have advised the owners that they should still inform the dog warden and check with the Stray kennels.
There is particular concern for Queenie as she is receiving medication for a slipped disc. Without the medication her condition may return and can result in her back legs collapsing .
