TWO STOLEN Black And White Female Spaniel English Springer Spaniels from Holbury, Southampton, Hampshire, SO45 on Monday, 10th December 2012. One dog reunited 11.10.13 found in Dartford 81 miles away from home.
Post from Pilgrims Veterinary Clinic:- ‘Never give up hope if your pet goes missing! Last week a Spaniel was brought into our Dartford branch and despite not having a microchip staff were on the lookout for an owner. Thanks to the doglost website a possible owner was identified, however the contact number on the site was incorrect. Not to be defeated a little detective work went on and we are pleased to say that 10 months after being stolen from Southampton she was happily reunited with her owner this week. This was a lovely ending but could have been so different too without the determination of our staff. Please think about getting a microchip for your pet if it is not already done’.
