Debbie Matthews Data can only be shared by the Data Controller (Petlog, Anibase, Avid and PetProtect) to a Vet, Rescue, Dog Warden, Microchip implanters, Police, these organisations will have a PIN or Code to access information. They are not allowed to pass that info on. We did find out that if you are in the position of knowing that someone has your dog from rehoming by a rescue or by a vet who was going to microchip your dog you can find the name of the new owner by issuing a CPR 31 Disclosure and Inspection of Documents. Then you can start proceedings to get your dog back. You will need a lawyer or go to the Citizens Advice Bureau. Please contact me if you need help. X
