UPDATE:- Sully has been reunited after a local newspaper printed her story. Lady called to say she had Sully.
Sully is 5 years old French Bulldog, SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED and DEAF. Family are devastated. She could be mistaken for a PUG. She has a bent left ear and the right ear has been completely removed internally so she still has the actual ear flap but the ear is closed and she has a scar.
