RIP Hattie and Bo! Sadly killed by a farmer when chasing livestock, which farmers can legally do. Our thoughts are with the famillies!
Farmers are allowed to shoot a dog under Section 9 of the Animals Act if they believe it is the only reasonable way of stopping it worrying livestock.
They must report the shooting to the police within 48 hours.

Former Coronation Street star Sue Johnston has issued a desperate plea to fans to help find her beloved pet dog.
Working cocker spaniel Bo disappeared while she was being walked by a friend of the actress in Marton, near Macclesfield, on Tuesday.
Sue, has been scouring fields off Messuage Lane ever since but Bo has yet to be found. Her friend’s show spaniel Hattie is also missing.
One-year-old Bo is brown with some white on her muzzle while two-year-old Hattie is black, tan and white. Both dogs are micro-chipped and wearing collars with tags.
