STAR was on a walk with her owner when two men stopped to fuss her, one then grabbed the lead while the other assaulted the owner and they snatched the dog. A rusty transit was spotted in the immediate area – unfortunately the licence plate was not taken.
Star is 15 weeks old and is MICROCHIPPED.
