He is a Grey And White Male Chinese Crested Dog and is very distinctive.

As we have said before, we all know it is wrong, nowadays, to leave your dog tied up outside a shop or in a car but there are many dog owners who do not know this and find out the hard way. Please let’s share the post to help raise awareness to this heartless crime and help Slinky get home!
