I am pleased to report that following a meeting between Mark Evans, the RSPCA’s Head of External Affairs and the RSPCA’s Head of Press & Media, it has been confirmed that wherever possible and appropriate RSPCA campaigns & media comments will include the scanning message. Please be assured that the RSPCA are making a robust submission to the Government discussions, which includes reference to microchipping and scanning as a tool in responsible pet ownership.
