This little Terrier has just been reunited. He is microchipped but somehow the database, although owners had updated their contact details, passed on his owner’s old contact details to the holding kennels.Thanks to members of the public for sharing his picture, his owner is now reunited!
Message from owner:- He is indeed microchipped, we updated his details when we moved to Frome and had a confirmation email to say it had all been done but the old details were still in the system when he was scanned he also had his name and our number on a tag on his collar but that is now gone. Will be speaking to microchip comoany today to find out what went wrong. Thanks again everyone x
