Just taken a call from Petrac who have been trying to locate the owner of this puppy as he turned up at a rescue.They have tried number they hold- I have contacted Cheshire police and they have same number but will email them more details in hope they can make contact. Petrac have an email and address so will send out a recorded delivery letter. Owner have now been contacted!!!! 30th September’16. Stay safe Milo

Owner advertised for a dog trainer on FB. She had a reply from a man who turned up on foot within 20 minutes, then ran off with her puppy…so LOCAL MAN. Please share!

More info: This is Milo a young Jack Russell cross puppy. His owner advertised on a local website for a dog trainer to help correct his boisterous behaviour.
Unfortunately, her advert was answered by a conman who arranged to see Milo and whilst completing a bogus assessment grabbed him and ran off down the road and jumped into a waiting car.
Please share his image because the police have not been able to come up with any clues to the offender’s identity who used a fake Facebook profile to contact the owner.
Someone knows where Milo is we just need to find out who?
