Copied post from owner:- The person who had Millie, let her go, got to much for them so they let her off her lead, old lady nearly ran her over and took her to the vets, police rang me and picked her up. Thanks to you too and all others for posting xxx 3rd January’14.

Owner Vanessa Shannon said Millie was taken from the family’s back garden after being allowed outside for a few minutes and believes the culprit may have been lying in wait ready to pounce.

Police in Radcliffe are now searching for the lost pet, which was taken at 8.30pm on Wednesday.
