We as a rescue had been searching for MILLIE….. but the information received was not what we expected nor wanted to hear. Sadly MILLIE was taken from a property and ‘PTS’ by another well known rescue 15 days later…. I am abosolutely heartbroken and very angry over this and am currently looking into this further….. This should NEVER have happened as MILLIE was under my rescue and micro-chipped/registered to myself with my vets as an emergency contact number also. I was NEVER contacted or informed…… What happened to MILLIE was wrong!!!! And I will not rest until I have all the answers and make sure this does not happen again…. It will never bring MILLIE back, but for the safety of all dogs micro-chipped who go missing or stolen we need assurance that all dogs will be scanned and procedures followed to contact owners. Ty xx
