HUGO is a Tan And Grey Male Yorkshire Terrier Cross (Age: Adult) and has been missing from Grasscroft, Saddleworth, Lancashire, OL4 area, (North West) since Sunday, 22nd September 2013.....1 year ago today! Hugo was spooked and ran off. Hugo is MICROCHIPPED and NEUTERED. If he was found he should have been reported to the council dog warden, as is REQUIRED BY LAW. Has he been kept by a finder? Owners are left bewildered when they find out about the lack of scanning for microchips, the one thing you rely on in this situation.
