Facebook does it again, thanks to hero’s Helena Liddiard and Lukas! Stolen dog in Acton reunited.

its never ending isnt it :( On Saturday night a group of about 8 men were mistreating a Staffy dog on the street in Shepherds Bush (West London) and trying to sell her, if nobody bought her they said they will leave her on the road and see what happens to her. We believe she is between 7 - 8 months old. My boyfriend went back and bought her for £10 and brought her home. I instantly fell in love with her and it has broken my heart that we cannot keep her in our flat in London - it just would not have been fair on her. She was very scared and shaking at first but then all she wanted was to cuddle us and for us to tickle her belly. We do not know if that was her actual owner who sold her or if she had been stolen. She was micro-chipped but the information on her chip seems to be old and they cannot find her original owner. A dog-warden took her and she is now in kennels in Hammersmith & Fulham council. PLEASE CAN PEOPLE SHARE (ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN LONDON) TO HOPEFULLY RE-UNITE HER WITH A LOVING OWNER OR TO FIND HER A NEW FOREVER HOME. SHE IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL NATURED DOG & WILL MAKE SOMEONE OR A FAMILY SO HAPPY. PLEASE SHARE.

Helena Liddiard is the lady who took the pup in, the dog is in the Hammersmith pound now.

Helena Liddiard Hello everyone, it was me and my boyfriend who had this lovely pup and I posted this advert. Hunny sounds like such a lovely name for her – I was calling her Missy while she was with us. Corrine Coleman It is so good to hear that she is doing well, I have actually been in contact with the council as I have a friend who is very interested in meeting her to then hopefully give her a home! If there is the possibility to visit her on Thursday and walk her that would be lovely. I have been thinking of her so much and calling the council daily to find out what is happening and if I was to hear that she would be PTS then I would go and collect her immediately. Thank you to everyone for sharing, it is so lovely to see so many people wanting to help and share the same love for animals.

Hunnie was stolen in Acton Friday we have had alerts on fb and everything her owner has been so upset but will hopefully be able to be reunited tomorrow thank you who ever helped her.

Annette Berry I have had 3 PMs about her, the owner is ringing the kennels now … she is over the moon …. Hunny was apparently stolen on Sat morning by some teenagers .

Her owners are on their way to pick her up now the pub is the duke of York Acton steyne road I’m sure you are owed a huge drink thank you for basically saving her and to everybody who shared this post you’ve made a lot of people happy xxx
