Stolen Dogs, Silver VW Golf Again?
On Thursday 20 October a lurcher and two Jack Russell terriers were stolen from the Hampshire Hunt Kennels in Ropley, Hampshire. One of the terriers was abandoned at Whitchurch (south of Newbury) which suggests the offenders were heading north towards the Thames Valley. The two dogs still outstanding are an adult male rough coated lurcher and a male rough coated Jack Russell of small build, white with one brown ear and docked tail. The dogs are not microchipped. A silver VW Golf was seen near the scene with two male occupants. This offence may be linked to the ongoing series involving the silver VW Golf in Thames Valley. TVP are liaising with Hampshire police. The kennels have been targeted before.
