UPDATE REUNITED! Cilla is home! Thank you everyone who shared, you make the difference in getting these stolen dogs home. Social media gets to the heart of the problem!  27th April’14.

Owner has received a call for money to get the dog back. Police not being helpful but will meet owner today.

Cilla needs medication for her heart.
