Frank went missing from a garden where he was staying . This was Thursday 6th at 5pm . He was seen being hit by a car soon after, then there were sightings by the river fields at 6pm. Owners have started postering and the Cotswold Dog Warden has been informed. Doglost have sent advice sheets out. Frank doesn’t know the area at all.
