The disappearance on 2nd July 2012 has left us utterly devastated!! We desperately want him home where he belongs He is a 6 year old microchipped, male, castrated Border Terrier named Billy.  Despite owners failing health due to a broken heart , the search for Billy’s safe return will NEVER stop!! .A seven year special needs boy is distraught, and has been badly affected by the loss of his best friend.
