BETTY reunited she was picked up as a stay, stolen in March’16 but could have been home sooner!

It's been a very difficult 16 months but you have all been through it with us, every share, retweet and message of support has got us here today, so although I'm hesitant to share this post I know that Betty is loved far and wide and if she could talk she would personally thank each and every one of you for bringing her home. She has been robbed of being a puppy but we will make sure everyday that she has the best life ever from now on.

Betty has had a caesarean so it's very frustrating to think that if only that vet had scanned her for a microchip she would have been home much sooner but she is healthy and home and that's all we ever wanted.

Our family is complete again, we are still in shock. To all the people involved in keeping Betty from us, karma is a wonderful thing……..and to the wonderful lady who scanned our dog and contacted us we are forever grateful, you have made a lot of people very very happy as you can see! Betty, you were so missed and so loved by more people than you will ever know! Thank you all so much❤️

BETTY REUNITED ❤️ Just heard Betty has been found and reunited!! Owner Linsey said "She was running through Bromley High Street. Picked up as a stray by a lovely lady who took her to the vet this morning and scanned her microchip. Can't quite believe it!!!!x

The chip works…..providing its scanned!! Betty has had a caesarean so if the vet who did that had scanned her we would have got her back before now! Xxx"

If only the veterinary professionals could understand how important compulsory microchip scanning is! Betty is a prime example of the system not working but it worked in the end because she was dumped or escaped!

Reunited 21st July 2017 Stolen 13th March 2016. Found approximately 30 miles from home.

Original post:- BETTY is a Female French Bulldog (Age: Young Adult), MICROCHIPPED. Stolen from owner's garden in Bredhurst, Maidstone, ME14 area, South East, on 13th March 2016.
